Terms & Conditions

We ask for a 25% deposit when bookings are made and we take all major cards.

We understand that things sometimes change for whatever reason. Tours can be swapped to different dates (if available), but should you need to cancel we are sorry but we cannot make deposit refunds.

Enquiries become bookings only when the deposit is paid and you receive an email confirming your deposit has been made.

The balance can either be paid before you travel or during your tour. (Cards, cash and groat’s accepted!)

The tour price quoted is always the total price for the car and guide, and is NOT per person. The price does not include entrance fees or food and refreshments, where applicable.

Our vehicles are fully insured for public liability, private hire and are licensed by Cornwall Council. Personal travel insurance is not provided but is advisable.

Please wear appropriate footwear and bring waterproof clothing and a camera. Rain and wind won’t stop us. In fact it’s then a challenge!

If we’re collecting you from the airport ✈️, flight numbers and mobile telephone numbers are needed so we can track your flight in case of delay. We’ll meet you in arrivals 45 minutes after your flight has landed.

We’re sorry, but we don’t accept responsibility for loss of personal belongings or any injuries caused when visiting places of interest.
